Skills Development Facilitation
As an EDTP registered Skills Development Facilitator many clients appoint us as their external SDF to fulfill the functions of the SDF including acting as the contact person for the relevant SETA, submission of the Annual Training Reports and Workplace Skills Plan, submitting claims for discretionary grants and to perform all the internal skills development functions.
Considering the need to reflect the demographic representation in the workforce, we assist our clients with professional placements to meet these requirements. The penalties for submitting inaccurate equity reports to the Department of Labour can result in the closing down of a small business. To this end we assist our clients to accurately report their equity.
The amended Codes of Good Practice proofed that BEE was no longer a tick box exercise but requires focused attention and a well planned strategy. We host workshops in all the main centers in South Africa to explain and discuss the new codes.
